We can now offer Chia as whole seeds or flour.
Chiaseeds are very rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. 2 tbsp. Chia contains more omega-3 than a whole salmon fillet. The seeds also have a high protein content and contains all the vital amino acids your body needs. The seed is also rich in antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals, including calcium. When the seeds come in contact with liquid it gets a pituitary membrane and swell up so it provides a greater satiety and helps digestion.
